Wrong user taken in created by while pushing order using Sales order API oe_order_pub.process_order

Hello,

On uploading the Sales Order , we want a particular user id under created by in or_headers_all  table, but the system takes ANONYMOUS user.

Hence we are not able to move forward with our order cycles.

We anticipate some session initialization issue in API.

Looking for the solution asap.
