R12.1.1 : patch 8919489. We found the warnings in the patch logfile and it invalidate more than 90,

We are in process of migrating oracle EBS from AIX 5L to Linux Platform. As part of the Document id 438086.1 we apply the autoconfig template patch 8919489. We found the warnings in the patch logfile and it invalidate more than 90,000 database object .

The compliation of database objects is in progress for last 3 hours and still more than 70000 objects are invalid.

Kindly let us know what could be done to resolve this condition as this is increasing the downtime required for the platform migration. I have attache the patch logfile for your reference.
