Dear Team,

I have successfully installed Oracle E-Business suite 12.1 (31- Bit ) On windows server 2003.

After log in into url it was successful.

Whenever I tried to open  a form i.e System Administrator --> Profile,

It is givig an error

"FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup. This could happen due to Invalid Configuration

Please look in to the web-server log-file for details. "

Java Exception:

oracle.forms.net.ConnectionException: Forms session > failed during startuo: no response from runtime process

at oracle.forms.net.ConnectionException.createConnectionException(Unknown Source)

at oracle.forms.net.HTTPNStream.getResponse(Unknown Source)
