How to use the Part Requirement Button on the Debrief Form

Hi All ,

We are using R 12.1.3  version of Field Service .After doing the part requirement process and when the materials are shipped to the technician .I am trying to debrief the material using the part requirement button on the material tab .No data is being populated ,Attached is the screen shot for the same .,

Can anybody suggest what to do
