How to start recovery catalog in target database

Hi,

I am plan to start a recovery catalog in target database.

1. My actual DB name is PRODERP  (mypgsdb01 server).

2. My target name for the recover catalog for the PRODERP (production db) is on the mypgsdb03.

Check through the PRODERP db, the recovery catalog is not carry on. We backup through CA backup software into tape. Please provide a step how to set up a recovery catalog into another db server.
