Create Accounting Error in FA

Hi,

We have faced create accounting error in FA module.

Error Message-The account code combination 01.10.6002.000.111115.0000.0000.00000 is invalid.  Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
  "THIS BRANCH IS NOT IN THE ENTERED WESTERN REGION REGION" !!!


Error Code:95261


The defined category does not have any issue in code combinations.

Please let us know how we can resolve this issue.
