Mandatory QF's for 8.1.1.10?

Hi,

I have a customer who is having the following queries related to mandatory patches for 8.1.1.10.

We don't plan to move to 8.1.1.10 we are already running 8.1.1.10 in production!.

We currently have installed:
8.1.1.10
QF0002049
QF0102004
QF0102005


To fix our issue with email response we need to also apply patch QF0102008 as recommended by oracle support.

Upon investigation I noted that there is now a mandatory quick fix to apply. 

1. What does Oracle mean by Mandatory?

2. Will we be unsupported if we do not apply the patch?

3. If we must apply the patch should which should we apply first QF0102008 or the mandatory QF0002125?
