Oracle Enterprise Manager Plug-in for Oracle Chargeback and Capacity Planning installation document

Hi All,

We have received a request for to install the Oracle chargeback and Capacity planning plug-in into our OEM-12c.

Have gone through this site and have downloaded the plug-in. But i could find the readme was empty file and have no reference to the installation instructions.

Can someone help me out in here Please..
