9.3.3 Fresh Install ports 7001 x 80

I just finished to create an fresh install instance of Agile 9.3.3, it's on a Windows Server 2008 R2 32bit server and Weblogic 12c. It's a pretty forward installation, I adopt all default suggestions during the installation processes. I had configured port 80 as default to access Web and Java clients. After a successfully installation, accordingly to the Oracle Installer App, I just can access both clients under port 7001.

When a tried to start file manager I get an error, because filemanager is expecting to find something on port 8080, as configured during default installation.

I didn't install or configured an IIS.

Any thought about what is wrong?
