Legacy and Standard Collection

Hi

We have a requirement to collect Sales Orders data into ASCP instance from two sources  [1] EBS OM Module through standard data collection and [2] external mainframe system though a flat file using legacy data collection request set. The data set is distinct and non-overlapping i.e. SO#1 that is from EBS OM will not be in legacy system and vice-versa.

Question - Can we run legacy collection followed by a full refresh next and then get SO data in MSC_DEMANDS/MSC_SALES_ORDERS tables from both sources, before I launch the ASCP plan? There is only 1 instance code "PRD" and there is only 1 production plan.
