How to restrict manual overrides to the modifier delivered price on a Sales order line for certain c

Hi,

We're on R12.1.3 version of Oracle EBS.

Question: How to restrict manual overrides to the modifier delivered price on a Sales order line for certain customers only and at the same time associate should be able to override the price on order lines created for other customers using same responsibility/navigation?

Currently user responsibility is set with profile "OM: Discounting Privileges" Full.
