Effective Date (OEDJ) changed after processed the suggested message

Hi

I am implementing JDE 8.10 Manufacturing modules.

I had set up '1' for Purchasing Effective date (PEFD) in item branch plant.

When regenerate MRP, I get a message 'O' in the message detail review screen (P3411) to generate OR. Below are the detail of the dates shown in the message.

Start Date = 27/02

Request Date =28/02

Effective Date = 01/03

With this message, I processed the message accordingly. However, the system apparently changed the effective date to 03/03 and create a new message to expedite the OR. I did check on the OR and the planned effective date (DLEJ) still remain as 01/03.

It is a bugs in 8.10 or due to missing of certain setup?
