JDE Web user experience abnormal web session

Hi, kindly advice what could be the problem where recently their web users has been experiencing abnormal web session which is about 3- few minute and then get logged out themselves. 

they already modified the jas.ini for the usersession=36000000  (1800000 original)...but still persist for this problem.
