Creating a Siebel Image file for Siebel 7.8.2.16 FP Windows 2003

Hi Siebel Experts,

I'm new to Siebel and looking for instructions to install Siebel 7.8.2.16 FP upgrade currently running Siebel 7.8.2.14 SIA on Windows 2003 Server environment. Looking at Oracle CD's with JAR files. What is the best practice to create Siebel Image file and install to multiple sized environments and test. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
