SLM: Raise Attribute Group Change Event Pre and Post

Hi Team,

While creating an attribute group, in Business Entities after the Privilege Column, I see something called 'Raise Attribute Group Event' with Check cox, Pre and Post.

Can someone, please let me know what is the functionality of this and how can I use this.
