Encountered an error when performing auto asset

Hi Guys,

having trouble when performing order to asset please see below for error encountered.

[2] Method 'WriteRecord' of business component 'MACD Asset Mgmt - Asset XA' (integration component 'XA') for record with search specification '[Name] = "Call Appearance (CAPP)"' returned the following error:"The same values for 'Name' already exist.

If you would like to enter a new record, please ensure that the field values are unique.(SBL-DAT-00382)"(SBL-EAI-04451)
