Data-change notifications in OSM

Hi everyone. Appreciate any help.

Is there ability to trigger event notification on the change of 2 fields?

Do we get "OR" or "AND" rule when we add two fields in "data changed" section of notification object? (unfortunately there is no info in documentation about this question).

If not "AND" (that is pity), how can we trigger notification on the exact rules? For example, there could be change of the specified field by revision order or by automation and we only want the trigger to start when revision comes.
