Error "Maximum value exceeded for line number" when cancelling SO

I had a sales order having 1005 lines. Our Line Number is an increment of 1 by the way. I am receiving the "Maximum value exceeded for Line Number" and "Unit of Measure invalid for Item" errors when cancelling all the SO lines at once. I tried cancel the first 999 SO lines and it was successful. Again received the errors when cancelling the remaining lines.

How will I be able to cancel those lines?
