Reg Integration or Interface of GL with Legacy System

Hi Guru's,

               I have a requirement where I need to Impliment Oracle GL with Legacy system (AP,AR,CM, PO) .

That Is, Client will enter all the Invoices & Payments, Receivables receipts all in his Legacy system. So for that I need to Integrate Oracle GL with Legacy. They want all the summary balances should be transferred to Legacy system to Oracle GL. As a functional consultant, How would you advise me to design the solution to meet this requirement. Please advise.
