Reg Integration or Interface of GL with Legacy System

Hi Guru's,

               I have a requirement, where the Clients wants to Impliment Oracle GL Module only. Rest of all the activities he will enter in Legacy System itself. Client needs all the summary Balances should be transferred to Oracle GL from Legacy System. So as a Functional Consultant, How would you advise me to design the Solution to meet the requirement. Please advise
