Duplicate Assignment Budget values are getting created automaically for the employees in oracle apps

Hi,

We have got a strange issue in Oracle HRMS. The assignment budget values for employee is automatically updated in oracle and multiple FTE values are getting created effective on current date. Because of that, many reports and payroll procesing is getting affected in system.

We have tried to find out the root cause, but we are not able to replicate the issue by from our own.

This issue has happend arround 5 to 6 times in system but not able to find and fix the issue.

Can anyone let me know how it's happening in the system and what can be the solution to avoid this.
