Unable to deploy PL/SQL Profile management API in EBS 12.2.3. as REstful webservice

Hello EBS experts,

I need your help in one EBS version 12.2.3 configuration.

I am working on a requirement wherein we will expose EBS Profile management API as Restful web service end-point and will call it from ADF mobile.

I performed below steps :

1) Configured data source
