Just completed a Siebel Upgrade from 7.8.2 to 8.1.1.11 SIA (Innovation Pack 2013): IRM required?

If you just completed an upgrade from Siebel 7.8 to Siebel 8.1.1.11 SIA - by running the Upgrep, Repository merge and the Upgphys steps. Do you need to do anything additional, such as run the incremental repository merge process?
