Email address per Support Identifier

As a consutant we ccan be working for more than one customer, and some times each customer provides us a notebook and an email account address.

It would be very usefull to have the possibility of providing an email for each of the support identifiers related to our My Oracle Support account.

What do you think?

PS: I did not find a place to add this suggestion, can some you help me direct this to correct groups.
