Real Transaction Test not returning any values

Hi,

Am runing the Real Transaction Test for an invoice which has been Approved , when I provide the Invoice_id and click on GO it shows me attributes and when clicked on Run it does not show any rules applicable when there are rules and does not show any approvers.

I have tested this with several other invoices but still same result.

Verified the EFFECTIVE_RULE_DATE attribute according to the below Note which states the similar problem we are facing.

There is no value defined for this attaribute but still we have issue.
