calibration message

Hello,

Running the DBMS_RESOURCE_MANAGER.CALIBRATE_IO (84, 10, iops, mbps, lat) on th Exadata with latest January 2014 quarterly patch i obtain the message in alert log:

Tue Feb 25 13:05:59 2014

WARNING: [9] files are incapable of handling async I/Os.

Results of dbms_resource_manager.calibrate_io() may be improved by configuring async I/O for these files.

WARNING: OS does not allow async I/Os. Calibrate_IO results will be unreliable.

What i need to do ?

I didn't find the solution.
