MVG filed to web service request with dot notations

i use dot notation way to build my request to call outbound web service but the requirements is to send the value of field with type MVG to this request

and mvg will have more than one account number for the same contact

when i try to add the same value in workflow it give me the same value is found in repository cos i can't write the same value in 2 records

so how can i solve this problem

the requiest will be like this if the contact have to account numbers or more the tags will be increase
