11203 RAC,RHEL 6.1

In case of Transaction recovery happening on instance1,if any transactions connected to instance2 are looking for rows that are getting rolled back by instance1 how can other instances see consistent view of the data,and also what will be the impact on other instances while the instance1 being brought down during the rollback happening on it.
