Attachments to Activities are not correct. With multiple attachments only most recent shows.

We are noticing a problem with attachments in the Marketing workbench.  We can attach documents, but when we attach more than one to an activity, only the most recent shows as a valid attachment.  Sometimes the most recent shows on more than one activity - even though it was only added to one activity.  We recently applied patch 1169983 because our original issue was we could not attach Word Documents (DOCX).  Now that is fixed but we have this new issue - wondering is the fix is causing a problem or if this is totally unrelated.  I realize we could not have known about our current issue because in order to get the problem you needed to be able to successfully attach the document.  Any help you can provide is appreciated.
