Reversing a receipt partially !

Hello All,

Is it possible to reverse a receipt partially, example : If i received 100 qty of Purchase order with doc no 4556, if i want to reverse 10 qty from doc 4556 through P43214. Will it be possible or i need to reverse it fully and then receive remaining 90 qty. Kindly suggest.
