Remove Service Contracts FYI Notifications After Approvals Completed?

Hi - in R12 Service Contracts, we have a '2 step' approval process, meaning that there are 2 To Do Notifcations to complete the approval process. After each of these To Do Notifications are acted upon (1st clicking the Approved button, 2nd clicking the Yes button) the user receives an FYI Notification confirming those actions. My question - is there a setup to remove these FYI Notifications after x number of hours or days?............thanks for any advice
