Splitting distributions (Revenue Account)

Hi,

When creating a transaction (INVOICE), user wants to split the revenue amount to different revenue accounts,

We can change the amount but can only change the percentage, that needs a manual calculation of how much each revenue line needs to be allocated. If user reduces the amount on line 1 to add a new line system will go back to the original amount but does not allow to change the amount value only the percent value.

Is this a bug (We are on 12.1.3)
