"Immediate Destination" data in ACH Child Support File Header Record

I am trying to set up the bank account information necessary to send child support information via ACH.  I believe the JDE comapny bank account information (P0030G) and the Dept of Social Services supplier information (P0030A) is set up correctly, but am unable to determine where / how to add the Immediate Destination (originating DFI) location code that our bank has requested.  The code needs to appear in record 1, 5, 6, and 8 of the CTX format.  R04572T2 appears to 'pull' the needed data from detail in the P0030A - does the bank Immediate Destination code (Transit #?) need
