can't start the html instance - port81 in server manger

Hi, out of sudden user can't login to webclient at port 81 (production webclient),  and the html instance of this port81 failed to run..pls see attached.

other html instances like port82 (testing environment) can start...

we tried to restarted those JDE and middlewares in server's windows services like, SM agent, SM console, opmn - oracle process monitoring ..but still no prevail.

wonder where is the websphere agent running ?   can't find in window service in entsvr, webserver, depsrv

pls advice how i can fix this error ...

Sorry for the wrong info about websphere. pls check the 2 e1root.log  dated 24 earlier and 25 onward respectively..  24 earlier one is captured before the instance is down.
