Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Welcome to patching community !!!

Issue: Patch 8362391 is running for more than 8 hr and still running.
The following sql file is take more time :

parcflag.sql this file is updating table RCV_RECEIVING_SUB_LEDGER

Please let us u know what is the normal run time of this patch?
