flash/fast recovery area confusion

I am exploring Enterprise Manager Express in 12c Personal Edition and am confused by the Control Files listing. It states "No" under "Created in Flash Recovery Area" even though the locations of the two files are:

C:\APP\ORACLE12C_P_HOME\FAST_RECOVERY_AREA\ORCL\

C:\APP\ORACLE12C_P_HOME\ORADATA\ORCL\

So clearly one of the two files is in the Fast Recovery Area....

Also since they renamed it from Flash to Fast, shouldn't they update EM Express accordingly? Should I suggest this in a support ticket?
