How to exclude specific tax from LOV of Tax Classification Code?

Hi all,

Is it possible to hide any specific tax ONLY from LOV on Tax Classification Code field available on Invoice Line at Invoice Workbench (NOT FROM MANAGE TAX FORM OF PO)? If yes then share the way of doing the same.
