Define budget control rule , But Journal from Payable always pass the funds check.
Manual entered journal in GL can be control by budget control rule.

we use budgets controls ,controls use Absolute. when funds is over the budget journals from gl,journals can not post ,it is right .but if the journals from AP ,Funds Check fail, but journals still can post in gl  ,why?,i think it should not can be post.
