Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi all.

I have a problem: INSERT AS SELECT plan is inefficient compared to SELECT statement plan.

I implement patch 17648622 to resolve bug 10013899 but it did not help me.

Linux x85-64

Oracle 11gr2 (11.2.0.3.8)
