Custom Report showing no data

Dear Guru,

I am trying to build a custom report on Bank Account Transfer Tables. Report could able to generate file with perfect data in xml from report builder. But when i am trying to run the same from application, showing no data in the report. Even in the xml from the report diagnostics showing no data.

Is the cash management data having any controls in retrieving data from reports?

Could you suggest a way out with this issue...
