Oracle 11gR2 Grid Installation Stops with Error...

Hi,

1) I am installing oracle 11.2 RAC on Redhat Enterprise Linux 5.2 in VirtualBox 4.3.6 using NFS share.

2) I have completed all pre-requisites for RAC Installation.

3) While Installing Grid i am getting error "OUI-10151:There was an error while loading library: areasQueries" and "OUI-10151 THERE WAS AN ERROR WHILE LOADING LIBRARY GENERALQUERIES"

and also getting below error

Cause - An unexpected error occured while initializing the session.

Action - Contact Oracle Support Services or refer logs

Summary  - OUI-10162:Cannot create directory /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/inventory/Queries21/ClusterQueries/11.2.0.1.0

because /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/inventory/Queries21/ClusterQueries is a read-only directory.

4) I have also tried mounting shared directory using CIFS but it is still giving the same error.
