Patch 6241631 fails with Error Calling adusnapGetAppsMode()

Hi all

While applying patch 6241631 worker fails with

AutoPatch error:
Error in adusnapGetAppsMode() while executing statement

AutoPatch error:
ORA-04068: existing state of packages has been discarded
ORA-04063: package body "APPS.FND_PROFILE" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_APPS_MODE_UTIL", line 19
ORA-06512: at line 3


AutoPatch warning:

Error Calling adusnapGetAppsMode()



AutoPatch warning:
Cannot determine whether the system is in Maintenance Mode.

Maintenance Mode is currently : [].
