12.1.3 : Need assistance for patch 13503144 running admsi.pl

Team ,

Need assistance when applying patch 13503144.

It is asking for parameters and though provided the apps credentials it is not accepting .

As per the read me it is mentioned as

" Execute the following command to generate your instance specific installation

instructions

Source the Applications environment file

Run the Patch Application Assistant by entering "admsi.pl".  "

Kindly assist.
