Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

I have set up a 8.1.1.11 in my machine(Windows 7) with the srf from eDelivery.

I am able to open Open UI client in IE(ver 8 ) which is my default browser connecting to sample db from a shortcut.

The same doesn't work when I try opening with chrome.It opens a blank page with error "could not connect to localhost."

I have set up the shortcut with Target as follows

\Siebel\8.1\Client_1\BIN\siebel.exe /b "C:\Progra~2\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" /c \Siebel\8.1\Client_1\bin\ENU\uagent_OUI.cfg
