Unable to find the data in Employee Personal Paymethod Screen in R12.1.3

Hi All,

I created Emplooyee Personal Payment method through API in R12.1.3. It is automaticlaly end dated on perticular date.

For Ex:

Assignment Effective_start_Date    Assignment Effective_end_date   Payroll     Pay Method   Paymethod Effective_start_Date   Paymethod Effective_End_Date

01-jan-2007                                            31-jan-2010                                        123       xyz                                 01-jan-2007                       31-jan-2010

01-feb-2010                                            28-feb-2010                                      No Payroll                                      

01-Mar-2010                                            31-dec-4712                                     123                                                     Payment method doesn't exists

Issue:

On 01-Mar-2010, same payroll exists (123) but there is no payment method attached.

But I need same payment method exists as of the date. Eventhough 01-Feb-2010 to 28-feb-2010 period payroll doesn't exists.
