How do I relocate the ADR (Automatic Diagnostic Repository)?

I have a weblogic 10.3.6 installation, and I want to move the ADR_BASE from <Domain_HOME>/servers/<serverName>/adr to somewhere else to allow our application support teams to access the incidents created beneath ADR_BASE (they are not allowed access to the domain home), currently I have to zip the incidents up and download the zip from the machine and email it to them, whereas if I could migrate the ADR_BASE I could configure it to be on the SAMBA share they already have for the other logging from the domain. I have looked everywhere I can think of but can find nowhere in
