How to override Organization account while createing new requisitions

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC)

Dear ,

We have business request to use multiple inventory accounts instead of using one control account which is defaulting from organization for inventory items. can we use category accounts for this purpose and what will be the impact on accounting for receiving and on misc receipts.
