Oracle EBS R12 integration with Citrix netscaler

hi

I am having Oracle EBS R12 with two tier architecture. Now we have remote site connected through VSAT (ping latency 600ms). I am reading about Citrix Netscaler can improve the Oracle EBS perfomance. I dont have any idea about citirx. Could any one give tell me how it is citrix netscaler performance and how it works?

System Details      :     Oracle ebs R12 with two tier architecture

Remote site connectivity : VSAT

Number of user in remote site     :     25
