An error while adding elements to Catman 14 product hierarcy GA configuration

Hi all,

I'm adding positions to Catman 14 product hierarchy and encountering the following error while building a domain:

createGlobalDomain caught Exception: Could not open file '/u01/rpas/rpas14/develop/catman1/domain/catman/data/hmaint.db/dim_dept.ary', -1. in line 740 of file 'PageManager.cpp' (errno : No such file or directory)

The error occurs in spite of me adding new position to globaldomainconfig.xml file.

Does anybody know how to resolve this?
