Secure out or disable Customize Grid link

Is there a way to secure out or disable the Customize Grid link that appears in JD Edwards applications?  This would be only for a particular user or role and can not impact internal production users who need access to Customize Grid.

I have a request to lock this down since we will be providing access to another company and we want to control what they see from JD Edwards.

We are running JD Edwards E1, e910, Tools 9.1.2.3, WLS, Oracle 11g Database.

Let me know if there is a way to accomplish this.
